CROP/CLASS POLICY

• you must pre-register for all classes and crops
• payment must be made at the time of registration; we will accept credit card reservations in person or by phone
• classes and crops are filled on a first come basis
• we require 48 hrs cancellation notice
• a full refund will be given with 48hrs notice of cancellation
• class and crop fees will be forfeited without 48hrs notice

SHIPPING POLICY
We take great pride in our industry-leading order processing and shipping policy! Orders are normally sent out same day or the next business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 1pm EST. will be shipped on the next business day. For example, orders placed after 1pm EST. on Tuesday are normally shipped by Wednesday! Delivery times may vary and are in addition to the shipping times noted below. Please note that we are closed on Sundays. Any orders placed on Sundays or Saturdays will be shipped out on either Mondays or Tuesdays. Shipping times may also vary during store/online sales. Thanks for your understanding.

The following are only guidelines and are not guaranteed:
** Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.
** Canada Post Xpresspost provides delivery next day local, 1-2 days regional, and 2 days nationally, between most major centres.
** Orders being shipped to the United States are shipped via Canada Post with most items being delivered anywhere from 5-14 days depending on the U.S. destination. As tracking is not available once it leaves Canada we are unable to guarantee deliveries.
** For International locations rates and delivery times vary according to the means of shipment. Please email us for shipping rates and approximate delivery times.
** Store Pickup - Your order will usually be ready for pick up within a couple hours of it being placed. *Purchase of bulkier items may increase shipping charges. *Shipping rates may be adjusted depending on the order.

RETURN POLICY
Cash Refunds will NOT be given. An exchange or store credit will be given to unopened product such as albums, templates, pre-packaged paper, punches or other pre-packaged product. Please note: We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.
